1. Those who do not understand the structure, performance and operating procedures of the machine are not allowed to operate the machine without permission.
2. Each lubrication point of the machine should be filled with lubricating oil at least once per shift as required.
3. When adding hydraulic oil to the tank, high-quality anti-wear hydraulic oil should be strictly used. It must be strictly filtered and sufficient oil should be maintained at all times. If it is insufficient, the oil should be added immediately.
4. The fuel tank should be cleaned and replaced with new oil every six months, but the first cleaning and filtering of the oil should not exceed one month. The new oil that has been used once is allowed to be used again after being strictly filtered.
5. When there is a serious oil leakage or an abnormality occurs during work, the machine should be stopped immediately, the cause should be analyzed and the fault should be eliminated, and it should not be forced to operate while sick.
6. When the machine is in operation or during packaging, it is not allowed to repair or touch the moving parts with your hands. It is strictly forbidden to use your hands or feet to press materials in the material box.
7. Adjustments to pumps, valves, and pressure gauges must be made by experienced technical workers. If a pressure gauge is found to be faulty, it should be checked immediately or replaced with a new one.
